This five week fundamentals of mountain bike program covers the variety of skills you need to raise your performance.  Riders will learn riding techniques such as gearing, braking, climbing, descending, riding obstacles, and other fundamental trail maneuvers.  The course is structured as a progression of fundamental skills over 5 weeks.
