This session expands on your fundamental skill set with focus on bike & body movement, pressure control, gear selection, and trail scanning to climb step up obstacles and tougher terrain. Seated and standing pedalling are used to expand your skills toolbox.
Level 2 lessons are a faster pace with greater trail distances and and emphasis on more trail time for practice and feel. Smaller Level2+ class sizes give you more time for discussion and direct coaching with instructors.
Who is this for?
This session is oriented to riders who have already completed one or more Level 1 and higher sessions with us.
