Are you new to mountain biking? These session are for riders with little or no experience on trails. You should be comfortable riding for an hour or so, and have a helmet and water bottle. If you know how to ride your bike but haven't ventured off the bike path, this is for you.
Our women’s only mountain bike skills clinics teach you the same fundamental skills as our co-ed skills clinics and you can practice at your own pace without any unnecessary pressure.
Beginner sessions will introduce you to riding on dirt, teach you how to safely and confidently operate your bike, and introduce you to the basic skills you need to start mountain biking.
Our certified PMBI professional instructors will help you learn basic skills on safe and comfortable trails (like Larose Forest!) to help you build confidence and get excited to ride more!
We want to help you improve every aspect of your trail riding. Join us to learn in a non-judgmental setting with an encouraging group of your peers.
Space is limited to 5 spots in each session.
