Starting from your fundamental skill set you will build new skills and confidence to lift your front wheel and ride up and over trail obstacle and features. This will include drills on bike & body movement, wheel lifts, gear selection, and trail scanning to get you ready to ride rougher and more tougher terrain.
Who is this for?
This session is oriented to riders who have already completed one or more courses with us, and can ride blue trails for 1 -2 hours.
